How do I sign up?

After clicking the “Sign up” button, we’ll ask you some questions. The answers to these questions will help us get to know you and explain how we can support your NDIS journey. You’ll have the opportunity to chat with our team as we walk you through our welcome experience.

How much does Barb cost?

There are two ways to access Barb, and both are fully fundable under your NDIS plan. Sign up for Kindship Plan Management, and we’ll give you complimentary access to Barb. You can also purchase a 12-month annual subscription, which is $499 and claimable under your Core or Capacity Building budget.

Can I pay for a subscription with my NDIS plan?

Yes. Barb’s annual subscription is claimable under your Core and Capacity Building budgets. We can work with you to identify the best budget source.

How are you keeping my data safe?

At Kindship, we understand the importance of your privacy. That's why we have a strict Zero Data Retention policy for your conversations with Barb. What does this mean for you? All data is stored locally on your mobile device and can be deleted at any time, ensuring that you have complete privacy throughout your NDIS journey.

Is Barb included in your plan management service?

Yes! If you sign up for Kindship Plan Management, we’ll throw in Barb for free! Please note Barb is currently available to Guardians and Support Coordinators operating on behalf of an NDIS participant. We’ll announce when this changes.
